These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GPS tracking services, hardware, mobile applications and websites provided by Advance Track System (Pvt) Ltd (“Advance Track System”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, installing a device or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Offered
We provide GPS tracking and fleet management services, including:
- Fleet, vehicle and person GPS tracking on the Traccar platform.
- Dash cameras, fuel monitoring and driver monitoring.
- Geofencing, real-time alerts, and detailed reports.
- Mobile applications available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Service features depend on your subscription plan, the devices installed and network coverage.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information for your account, vehicles and drivers.
- Keep login credentials confidential and use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Obtain any necessary consent from drivers or individuals who will be tracked.
- Protect installed devices from misuse, damage or unauthorised removal.
- Ensure your use complies with all applicable laws of Pakistan.
3. Account Usage
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We may suspend or restrict accounts that breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or have overdue payments.
4. Subscriptions, Renewals and Payments
Services are provided on a subscription basis per vehicle, device or plan. Subscriptions renew according to the term agreed at purchase. Payments are recorded through invoices and receipts; we do not operate an online checkout. Fees must be paid by the due date shown on your invoice. We may suspend tracking, alerts or reporting for accounts with overdue balances after reasonable notice. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription by contacting us using the details below. Cancellation stops future renewals; amounts already invoiced for the current term remain payable except where our Refund Policy provides otherwise. On cancellation, rented devices must be returned as described below.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the service to track any person without their lawful consent.
- Break, reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the platform without our written permission.
- Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
- Tamper with, relocate or modify devices in a way that affects accuracy or safety.
7. Device Ownership: Rented vs Purchased Trackers
Trackers and accessories are supplied on one of two bases:
- Rented devices remain the property of Advance Track System at all times. They are provided for use during your active subscription and must be returned to us in working condition on cancellation or termination. Loss, damage beyond normal wear, or failure to return rented equipment may result in a recovery charge.
- Purchased devices become the property of the customer once fully paid. Ongoing tracking, connectivity and platform access still require an active subscription.
Devices are professionally installed and documented with installation photos. SIM cards supplied with devices remain associated with the service and must not be removed or used in other equipment.
8. Warranty
Hardware and installation workmanship are covered as described in our Warranty Policy. Please refer to that policy for coverage, exclusions and claim procedures.
9. Support
We provide customer support during business hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pakistan time). Support scope and response expectations are described in our support materials and any applicable service agreement.
10. Software Updates
We may update our platform, mobile applications and device firmware from time to time to improve performance, security and features. Some updates may be applied automatically. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated service.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable, continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Tracking depends on GPS signal, mobile network coverage, third-party providers and device condition, which are outside our full control. Planned maintenance will be scheduled to minimise disruption where possible.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advance Track System is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or losses arising from signal gaps, network outages, device failure or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you for the affected service in the preceding subscription period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Pakistan.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or network failures, acts of government, strikes, or telecommunications and third-party service disruptions.
14. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it amicably. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its “Last Updated” date are always available on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
