1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to deliver, secure and improve our tracking services.
Personal information
- Name, company name, designation and role.
- Contact details such as phone number, email address and postal or installation address.
- Login credentials and account preferences, including language and notification settings.
Vehicle and asset information
- Vehicle registration number, make, model, type and assigned drivers.
- Fleet, branch and asset grouping details used to organise your account.
GPS location and telemetry
- Real-time and historical GPS location, speed, direction, trips and stops.
- Ignition status, mileage, fuel readings, driver behaviour events, geofence entry and exit, and sensor data reported by installed devices.
Device and technical identifiers
- Tracker IMEI or serial number, SIM card number and connected accessories such as dash cameras and fuel sensors.
- Mobile device model, operating system version, app version, IP address and diagnostic logs.
App permissions
Our mobile applications may request the following permissions, which you can grant or deny through your device settings:
- Location — to show live positions and, where enabled, to track a person or asset associated with your account.

- To improve reliability, performance and features, including optional AI assistant functionality.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your information to perform our contract with you, to meet our legal obligations under the laws of Pakistan, for our legitimate business interests in operating and securing the service, and, where required, on the basis of your consent (for example, certain device permissions or marketing messages). You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on it.
4. Data Retention
We keep personal and location data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Historical GPS and trip data are retained according to your subscription and our Data Retention Policy. Invoices, receipts and audit logs are retained for the periods required by applicable law and sound business practice. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.

- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Security

We share limited data with trusted providers strictly to operate the service:
- Mapping — Google Maps, OpenStreetMap and Apple Maps to display locations and routes.
- Tracking platform — the Traccar platform, which powers device connectivity and telemetry processing.
- Messaging — third-party email providers and SMS or WhatsApp providers to deliver notifications.
- AI providers — third-party AI services that power optional assistant features.
These providers process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
