Refund Policy

Last Updated: 7/16/2026Version 1

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are handled for services, devices and related charges provided by Advance Track System (Pvt) Ltd (“Advance Track System”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. Because we do not operate an online checkout, all payments are recorded through invoices and receipts, and any approved refund is processed against those records.

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees pay for continuous tracking, connectivity, alerts and reporting over a defined term.

  • If you experience a service problem that is our responsibility, please contact us so we can investigate and correct it. Where a service failure caused by us prevents you from using the subscription, we may issue a proportionate refund or service credit for the affected period.
  • Subscription fees for a term that has already been used are generally non-refundable.
  • Amounts already invoiced for the current term remain payable on cancellation, except where a proportionate refund is expressly approved.

2. Device Refunds: Rented vs Purchased

Rented devices

Rented trackers remain the property of Advance Track System. Rental charges cover the use of the device during your active subscription and are not refundable for periods already served. On cancellation, rented devices must be returned in working condition; any applicable security deposit is refunded after inspection, less charges for loss or damage beyond normal wear.

Purchased devices

Purchased hardware may be eligible for a refund only if the device is returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, within a short reasonable period after delivery and before installation. Once a device has been installed, activated or used, it is generally non-refundable except where it is found to be defective, in which case it is handled under our Warranty Policy (repair or replacement rather than refund).

3. Installation Charges

Installation is a professional on-site service documented with installation photos. Once installation work has been completed, installation charges are non-refundable. If a scheduled installation is cancelled before the technician is dispatched, any advance may be refunded or adjusted, subject to a cancellation charge as described below.

4. Cancellation Charges

Where a visit, installation or service is cancelled at short notice after resources have been committed, a reasonable cancellation charge may apply to cover costs already incurred. We will inform you of any such charge before it is applied wherever possible.

5. Non-Refundable Services and Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed installation and configuration work.
  • Subscription periods that have already been used.
  • SIM cards and consumables once activated or used.
  • Services delivered as described and functioning correctly.
  • Charges for loss of, or damage to, rented equipment.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us using the details below and provide:

  1. Your account or company name and registered contact details.
  2. The relevant invoice or receipt number.
  3. A description of the reason for the refund request.
  4. Any supporting information, such as the device serial number or vehicle details.

Our team will review your request, may ask for additional information, and will inform you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payer or as otherwise agreed.

7. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, we aim to process it promptly. The time for funds to reach you depends on the original payment method and the banking channel used, and may take several business days after approval. We will keep you informed and record the refund against the relevant invoice or receipt.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version and its “Last Updated” date are always available on our website.
