Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Advance Track System (Pvt) Ltd (“Advance Track System”, “we”, “us” or “our”) delivers GPS tracking devices, SIM cards and accessories, and how installation is scheduled. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Warranty Policy.

1. GPS Device Delivery

GPS trackers are supplied on a rented or purchased basis, as agreed at the time of order. Because trackers require correct configuration and, in most cases, professional installation, devices are typically delivered directly to the installation site or to our technician for fitting, rather than shipped loose to the customer. For eligible orders, devices may be handed over at one of our offices or dispatched to your registered address by a courier or delivery service.

2. SIM Cards

Most trackers include a SIM card that is pre-configured for connectivity. SIM cards are supplied with the device and remain associated with the tracking service. They are activated as part of installation and setup, and should not be removed or used in other equipment. If a SIM needs replacement due to a network or hardware issue, our team will arrange it.

3. Accessories

Accessories such as dash cameras, fuel sensors, relays, panic buttons and cabling are delivered together with the tracker where they are part of your order, or separately when ordered on their own. Accessories that require fitting are installed by our technicians during the scheduled installation visit.

4. Installation Scheduling

After your order is confirmed, our team contacts you to schedule installation at a convenient date, time and location. Professional installation is documented with installation photos for your records. To avoid delays, please ensure the vehicle or asset is available at the agreed time and that any required access or documentation is ready. If you need to reschedule, contact us in advance; short-notice cancellations may be subject to a charge as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Coverage Areas

We provide delivery and installation across our service areas in Pakistan. Availability, scheduling and timeframes may vary by city and location, particularly for remote or hard-to-reach areas. For large fleets or multiple sites, our team will agree a rollout plan with you. If you are unsure whether your location is covered, please contact us before placing an order.

6. Order Tracking

Our team keeps you informed about the status of your order, from confirmation through delivery and installation. You can contact us at any time using the details below for an update on your device, SIM, accessories or installation appointment. Any courier tracking information, where applicable, will be shared with you.

7. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver and install as quickly as possible after your order is confirmed and payment arrangements are recorded. Actual timeframes depend on device availability, the number of vehicles or assets, your location, and technician scheduling. Estimated timeframes are provided at the time of order and are indicative rather than guaranteed.

8. Delays

Occasionally, delivery or installation may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as stock availability, courier disruptions, weather, network issues or events described in the force majeure section of our Terms & Conditions. If a delay occurs, we will inform you promptly and work to complete your order as soon as possible.

9. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please inspect delivered items on receipt. If a device or accessory arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within a reasonable period, and no later than the timeframe we specify, providing your invoice or receipt number and details of the issue. We will investigate and, where the fault is ours, arrange a replacement or correction. Devices found to be defective are handled under our Warranty Policy.

10. Risk and Ownership

Rented devices remain the property of Advance Track System at all times. For purchased devices, ownership transfers to the customer once full payment is recorded. Customers are responsible for the safekeeping of devices and accessories after delivery or installation, subject to warranty coverage.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. The current version and its “Last Updated” date are always available on our website.
