This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the services provided by Advance Track System (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company"), including our GPS tracking platform, customer portal, mobile applications (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store), tracking devices, dash cameras, SIM cards, and related features. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Security Policy.
1. Permitted Use
Our services are intended for lawful fleet, vehicle, and person tracking, along with dash cameras, fuel monitoring, driver monitoring, geofencing, alerts, and reports. You may use the services to:
- Track vehicles and assets that you own or are lawfully authorised to track.
- Monitor employees, drivers, or persons where you have a lawful basis and, where required, their informed consent.
- Manage fleets, generate reports, configure alerts, and use the mobile apps for legitimate business or personal purposes.
- Access and export your own data in accordance with your subscription.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws of Pakistan, including privacy, labour, and consent requirements.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the services for any of the following:

- Reselling or sublicensing: Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or providing the services to third parties without our written authorisation.
- Reverse engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of our software, firmware, or platform, except where permitted by law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly as described in our Security Policy.
5. Device and SIM Usage
Rented devices remain the property of the Company and must be used only for their intended purpose and returned when the agreement ends. Purchased devices are your property but must still be used lawfully. SIM cards provided with devices are for tracking connectivity only and must not be removed, misused, or used in other equipment. Tampering with installations (including install photos and wiring) or removing devices without authorisation may constitute a breach of this AUP.
6. Enforcement and Suspension
We take violations of this AUP seriously. Where we reasonably believe that a violation has occurred, we may, depending on severity:
- Issue a warning and request that the activity stop.
- Temporarily suspend affected features, devices, or accounts.
- Terminate the account and services in cases of serious or repeated violations.
- Preserve and disclose relevant records to law-enforcement authorities where required by law or valid legal process.
We aim to give reasonable notice where practicable, but may act immediately where a violation poses a risk to safety, security, legal compliance, or the integrity of our platform. Suspension or termination for AUP violations does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees. This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
